As noted above, the collection and use of your Personal Data collected during the pre-screener questionnaire and clinical trial activities beyond visiting this website are not governed by this policy. (1) If you visit the questionnaire website or complete all or any part of the questionnaire, you should first contact the designated recipient of privacy inquiries listed in the privacy policy provided on the questionnaire website and (2) if you are a clinical trial prospective participant or participant, you should first contact the study site at which you sought to participate or participated, or the Principal Investigator of the study, in each case of (1) and (2) to enquire about your choices and the means available for limiting the use and disclosure of your Personal Data under applicable data privacy laws. The rights available to you as a clinical trial participant may be limited pursuant to an exception to the applicable data privacy law to preserve the integrity or scientific value of the clinical trial data that was collected.
